Unlocking Non-CM Levels
There are 11 levels in the singleplayer campaign that are not natively available in Challenge Mode. However, it is possible to get them with simple game file modification. To obtain these levels, download this file, and install it into a DLC folder.
- Create a new folder in your Portal 2 directory called
portal2_dlc#
, replacing the # with the next number of folders already existing (by default,portal2_dlc2
is the highest folder, so you should createportal2_dlc3
if this is the case.) - Place the
pak01_dir.vpk
file into this new folder, and restart your game.
Keep in mind that scores from these missing levels are not updated automatically on the CM leaderboard. Because of that, you have to submit scores manually, or using autosubmit. The in-game leaderboard, however, still works fine.
